Sunday, May 14 saw 799 Siena Saints become alumni at the 2017 Commencement ceremonies at the Times Union Center in Albany. The graduating class represented 31 undergraduate majors and one graduate major, and more than 80 minors and certificate programs.

Elmira College celebrated the graduation of 328 students during its 162nd Commencement on Sunday, June 4 at the Murray Athletic Center, Pine Valley. The exercises included the conferring of 296 undergraduate and 32 graduate degrees.

Clarkson University awarded more than 700 bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees to students from 34 states, 26 countries and 60 New York state counties at its 124th commencement on May 13, 2017. (An additional 262 students received degrees this past winter and summer.)

The Class of 2017 also included more than 115 graduates receiving summa cum laude, magna cum laude, and cum laude honors.

At the 185th Commencement Ceremony on May 28, Wesleyan awarded 763 BA degrees.

To qualify for the Provost's List, a student must earn a perfect 4.0 grade-point average while carrying a course load of 12 hours or more. Beta Alpha Psi is the international honor organization for financial information students and professionals.

More than 200 of the college's top students were honored with a variety of academic scholarships recently. The scholarships, offered by the Hudson Valley Community College Foundation, celebrate the depth of student excellence across the college's more than 85 academic programs.
